Key Points

  • We follow the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512) and respect copyright laws worldwide.
  • We confirm every notice within 2 business days.
  • We usually remove valid material within 3 business days.
  • Knowingly false claims can lead to legal liability.

Our Copyright Promise

EasyGB.com takes copyright seriously. We review every valid complaint quickly and remove infringing material. We follow the US DMCA, and we also accept complaints under other countries’ copyright laws.

Before You File a Notice

  • Ownership: make sure you own the copyright, or that you are authorized to act for the owner.
  • Fair use: short quotes, reviews, news reporting, and commentary may not need permission.
  • Trademarks: names and logos are trademarks, not copyright. See the trademark section below.
  • Simple fixes: feel free to contact us informally first. We often fix issues like missing credit within a day.

How to File a Copyright Notice

Email antiban.whatzapp@gmail.com with the subject “DMCA notice”. Under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

  1. Signature: the physical or electronic signature of the owner or an authorized agent. Your full legal name works as an electronic signature.
  2. Your original work: a description of the copyrighted work, with a link if it is online.
  3. The material on our site: the exact EasyGB.com link and a description of what you want removed.
  4. Your contact details: name, postal address, phone number, and email.
  5. Good faith statement: a statement that you believe in good faith that the owner, its agent, or the law has not authorized the use.
  6. Accuracy statement: a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Incomplete notice? The law does not require us to act on it, but we will reply and ask for the missing details.

  1. Signature: your physical or electronic signature.

We forward a valid counter notice to the original complainant. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we restore the material within 10 to 14 business days.

Repeat Infringers

We block users who repeatedly post infringing content. For example, a commenter with more than one valid complaint may lose the ability to comment or access the site.

False Claims Have Consequences

Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly makes a false claim in a notice or counter notice may have to pay damages and legal costs. We also reject notices that try to silence fair reviews, criticism, or safety warnings, or that target content the sender does not own.

Trademark and Other Complaints

The DMCA does not cover trademarks, logos, privacy, or other non copyright issues. We still review those complaints in good faith. Email us, explain the issue, and include proof of your rights.
